Hello there, I am Verena

Photographer by day, mother by day and night...

2018 was the year when I fell out of love with my hometown Berlin. A tragic introduction but this led me to where and who I am today. My new happy place became Scotland (and still is) but because of my husband's job opportunity, we moved down to London in 2022 where our son Kaspar was born a year later. I have had a love-hate relationship with London over the last 2 years, but like most challenges in my life, I learned to take advantage of them and started to thrive in my new environment.

We booked Verena for our wedding photography and she was amazing to work with! We were very conscious of having someone who could capture our day naturally and not focus on anything too staged. Whilst we wanted amazing photos, we also wanted to enjoy our wedding and not miss loads of it by being away for hours for photos!

From the beginning, Verena understood exactly what we wanted, and on the day she was a great calming influence! She guided us through things perfectly and beyond the arranged photos, we barely knew she was there - which actually is kind of what you want in a wedding photographer!

The photos are stunning and we feel so lucky to have found someone who managed to capture the energy and love of the day.

My Portfolio

My Portfolio is very diverse and below you can find some of the different photography services that I offer. These photos are a mixture of older and newer work but are all created with the same passion. I am to improve my skills or learn something new with every photoshoot and I always look forward to finding out what the next project has in store for me.
